Youth Employability

CESAR in the Democratic Republic of Congo is implementing an integrated program at community, territorial, and national levels to promote youth empowerment, social cohesion, and economic resilience.
At the community level, CESAR provides vocational training and entrepreneurship support, combining life skills, business skills, and market-driven vocational training to improve employability and self-reliance among youth and vulnerable groups.

At the territorial level, the program identifies high-potential value chains and works with private sector actors to promote inclusive business models that create jobs and strengthen local economies.
At the national level, CESAR supports youth-led networks that connect young people with public institutions, private sector actors, and financial services, strengthening systems that support youth development and peacebuilding.
