At Centre Sainte Rita (CESAR), our work is driven by a dedicated team of professionals committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children, youth, and women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our team brings together local knowledge, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of community needs to deliver impactful and sustainable programs.

Senior Leadership

Vianney Kagamba provides strategic leadership and overall direction for CESAR. He oversees program development, partnerships, and organizational growth, ensuring that CESAR’s mission, values, and child-centered approach are upheld across all activities.

André Kagwa leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of CESAR’s programs. He ensures that interventions in education, livelihoods, youth empowerment, and peacebuilding are effective, community-driven, and aligned with humanitarian and development standards.

Patrick Kamate manages administrative operations and human resources, supporting staff welfare, organizational systems, and compliance. He plays a key role in strengthening internal processes and building a professional, inclusive work environment.

Angelique Mitima oversees financial management, budgeting, and reporting. She ensures transparency, accountability, and sound financial practices in line with donor requirements and CESAR’s commitment to integrity.
